Issue: The Radiant Digital Church app keeps crashing (or is frozen).
Solution: 99.9% of the time, this is caused by one of two things: (1) Make sure the power cable for the Fire TV Stick is plugged into a power outlet on the wall. It cannot be plugged into a USB port on the TV (as they do not provide enough power). (2) Make sure your fireOS is updated with the latest version. // If that doesn't work, your Fire TV Stick may have just blipped. Power it off (by unplugging the cord) for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
Issue: I am getting a message on my TV that says, "There seems to be a problem. Please login to Radiant Digital Church and check your settings."
Solution: PayPal could not process your latest payment, resulting in your service being temporarily inactivated. Log in to your PayPal account to fix your recurring payment details.
Issue: My Credit Card has expired and I didn't use a PayPal account to signup.
